The First of August, was not only the horses birthday but, it was also a night organised by the TJ hopefuls, for Kidney Health Awareness in Australia , a fund raiser that opened the hearts of everyone who attended the function, at the Blacktown City Bowling Club.

The 200 guests were entertained with nonstop music by Gordon, Clifford & Anston with some fabulous songs from the 60's to the current top hits.

The scrumptious Sri Lankan food catered by Manjula (the chief Chef of Spoons Restaurant) touched everyone's pallet with satisfaction. Avril topped it all with her delicious mouth watering cakes and sweets.

The table decorations was arranged by Dianitha. & Prakash Fernandopulle, with the arrays of the three colours Orange , Pink & Green that symbolised Kidney Health Australia . It was so elegant that it gave the best possible picture to all our guest who entered the room.

Our master photographer Fred Herft, was on the ball capturing each one's special moment with his camera technics.

The committee members of the TJ hopefuls, worked very hard to give their guests a night to remember. It was great to hear good comments from those who attended the function as they were leaving the hall at the end of the night.
