Wesley College, Colombo, past pupils celebrated their “Double Blue Night” on the 28 th March at the North Ryde School of Arts Hall, North Ryde.

The hall was to it's full capacity and the 220 present danced the night away to the music of “Kopykatz” with their hits of the 80's and 90's, not forgetting the Sri Lankan Baila. The Music was of a high standard which kept everyone on the floor the whole night long.

The hall was well decorated with fresh flower arrangements of Dahlias and lisianthus admired by the guests. Credit goes to Beryl Jansz for a wonderful job done.. The appetising buffet dinner, catered by “Caterplan” was enjoyed by all.

The Association's Banner and the College Flag which were ordered and flown down from Sri Lanka for the occasion, was prominently displayed.

There were 3 Hampers that were given away for the Raffle drawn on the night.

Singing of the College Song and the especially the “Wesley Hakka”, which is a very special feature in all Wesley functions, almost brought the house down.

Wesleyites have a reputation for organising excellent functions. From the high acclaim received, this one will be remembered. The President Nizar Sappideen and the rest of the Executive Committee who worked hard to make this event a success, would like to thank all members, their families and friends who graced the occasion.. They look forward for their patronage in the future.
