Dimbulla wines hold their third annual wine tasting in Tokyo with CEO Dilip Kumar flying in for the event |
|||||
For the third consecutive year, Dimbulla wines of the Hunter Valley invited an ever widening circle of Hunter Valley wine aficionados to enjoy the best of the best. This year was no exception.
Dilip Kumar the CEO flew into Tokyo for the event on a 24 hour visit. Many members and supporters of the Rugby fraternity in Japan, Australia and New Zealand were in attendance. For some of the guests it was a great opportunity to chat to Rugby legends such as former All Blacks Star John Kirwan who is now the popular coach of the Japanese National team and former Aussie Captain George Gregan who is now training in Tokyo. The Australian Embassy's Trade officer, Mr. Kimura told Ozlanka that the Dimbulla wines were definitely a premium product and the Embassy had selected Dimbulla Wines to be served at the next official function. The popularity of the wines with the ladies was very obvious and they nearly outnumbered the gentlemen at the event. Many wanted their photos taken with Dilip Kumar to remember the day. Live music and a selection of great songs kept everyone happy. Dilip belted out Waltzing Matilda with the Australians guests joining in with gusto. A most enjoyable evening with great food, Dimbulla Shiraz and Semillions in abundance. |
