The DOT Charitable Foundation's Annual Dinner Dance held at the Roselea Community Centre |
|||||
A dinner dance organised by The DOT Charitable Foundation to raise the funds for sick children and young adults was held on 31 st July 2010 at Roselea Community Centre, Carlingford. It was a memorable night with DJ music, dancing, dance competition and a raffle draw. Music for the event was provided by ever entertaining DJ Shankester. All danced through the evening to mix of disco, pop, bangara and baila music. The Curry Leaf Restaurant served the delicious dinner to the attendees. The Consul General Dayasiri Fernando in his speech reminded us the importance of supporting sick and needy children in Sri Lanka. The DOT Charitable Foundation will extend their projects in Sri Lanka with the help of this fundraising. It wishes to thank numerous people and organisations who helped to organise this event.
