‘Muthuhara' launched in Sri Lanka 28 years ago, it is a non – profit children's club that works in correspondence to the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation. There are 2375 clubs all over Sri Lanka, the first ‘Muthuhara' club to be launched internationally is right here in Sydney.

Muthuhara Sydney , Australia 2376, successfully held ‘Open Day' on Saturday the 20 th of March at Marayong South Public School Hall.

The purpose of this event was for the members of Muthuhara Australia to showcase their talents to the community and to also let the community know what Muthuhara is all about. This event was significant to them as this was the first major event that was organised by the children.

The children of Muthuhara Australia give a special thanks to their co-ordinator, Mrs. Sriyani Abeynaike, the Counsel General, Mr Dayasiri Fernando, those that attended and the parents.
