Marians with Nalin Perera perform to a packed Bowman Hall on February 25th

Yong and versatile singer Nalin Perera of Marians performed with an equally talented group of musicians at Bowman Hall, Blacktown.

On the evening of Friday 25th February they tantalised a crowd of young and not-so young music lovers with many old and current Sri Lankan melodies.

Nalin paid a tribute to maestro H R Jothipala, the heart throb of yesteryear.

Marians dished out Baila for the young ones to sway rhythmically to which dads and moms also joined in.

The performance went on till around midnight and it was definitely a welcome change at the end of a busy week.
